Are the packs sealed?
Yes. Packs and boxes are sold factory-sealed, and graded cards stay in their original slabs. Nothing is searched or resealed.
What's in a mystery pack from The Chase?
Each mystery pack contains a mix of cards built around a possible big hit. Contents are random and no specific card or value is guaranteed. The rules for each mystery product are posted on the machine.
How do I pay?
Credit and debit cards, plus phone wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. The machines don't take cash.
Something went wrong with my purchase. What do I do?
Email hello@ripmachines.com with the machine location, the time and the last four digits of your card. We'll look into it and make it right.
What does it cost to host a machine?
Nothing up front. We supply the machine and inventory, and you earn a revenue share on sales. We'll walk through the details after you apply.
How much space and power does a machine need?
Roughly the footprint of a standard drink machine, one regular wall outlet, and Wi-Fi or decent cell signal for payments.
Can I supply cards for the machines?
Yes. Breakers, card shops and wholesale companies can apply on our distribution partners page. We only accept authentic, factory-sealed product and graded cards from recognized grading companies.
Who restocks and services the machine?
We do. We monitor inventory remotely, restock on a schedule that fits your venue, and handle any repairs.
